Trion has a new game coming out sooner rather than later. Atlas Reactor is a turn-based strategy game with emphasis on action instead of boring, non-action stuff, like developing an entire civilization.
The game itself has been in early access for a while, so it’s already had a soft release, but this, this is the hard release, and like any good release, there’s a trailer! And it’s got a story! And it’s cinematic! Sure, it might be reminiscent of the style seen in other recent cinematic offerings, but that doesn’t mean it’s not an enjoyable watch, which it is.
The game’s open beta is now live. Anyone with a computer, and an internet connection, can download it and give it a go. When release does in fact roll around, Atlas Reactor will retail for 29.99, but if you take advantage of the soon-to-be-retired Founders’ Editions of the game, you can snatch up Atlas Reactor for the low, low price of 19.99.
Oh, and there will be a free version, too, with some limitations. Check it all out on Steam.
