Epic already bragged that Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode drew in a million players on its first day. Now, a week later, and evidently seven million players have tried out the mode. At this rate, here in a few decades, nearly everyone on the planet will have tried it out.
To celebrate the milestone, Epic Games have enabled features! Notably, supply drops and duos. Now you can play with 1 friend and die whenever you try to make it to a crate. The update also has a pass to weapon accuracy. They don’t want people being able to snipe with pistols, and in general, Battle Royale should have a pretty short engagement range.
It’s been pretty interesting to watch how Fortnite’s Battle Royale has done. Evidently, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds wasn’t just a fluke and gamers, in general, are thirsty as hell for a good battle royale game.
