Fractured Space, the free-to-play space MOBA, which has lingered in Early Access on Steam since November of 2014, will finally be leaving the perpetually unfinished state and entering, you guessed it, Open Beta.
More details about the shift, and how it pertains to players, will come during PAX West, from September 2nd to the 5th.
The MOBA market is admittedly crowded, but maybe there’s space for a space one. Fractured Space’s active user count isn’t the best, but it’s also not super anemic either. A game won’t need a massive community to be successful, and with any luck the shift into Open Beta will drive some new players to the game.
