I can’t say it’s too surprising to hear that Boss Key is “effectively no more.” LawBreakers didn’t quite find an audience, and by the time Radical Heights rolled around, it probably needed to be a break-out success for the studio to stay afloat. It wasn’t.
Cliff Bleszinki took to Twitter today to announce the news. For the moment, Radical Heights will stay online, but considering the game’s rough alpha state, it probably won’t last a whole lot longer unless someone else comes in and swoops it up.
There’s no word on what will happen with LawBreakers. That’s probably in Nexon’s, the publisher’s, hands.
