The Dutch have always been cool – Netherlands just confirmed it, too. According to Eurogamer, they announced this week that loot boxes weren’t cool, specifically, they were addiction-sensitive and caused an “almost-winning” affect.

Dutch Gaming Authority analyzed ten games, and though their names weren’t published, reports are saying that the four games that they chose to take action against are Dota 2, PUBG, Rocket League, and Fifa 18. Those games have until June 20th to either acquire a gambling license, or the Gaming Authority will be investigating enforcement action.

They don’t really go into detail about why these were the games singled out, but read the full announcement over at Eurogamer.
