The cons of this game is the memberships was... too much. Like we can create or the guild if we paying memberships. I've been rejected so many times and until now, I haven't joined any guild.
For players, they sometimes helping, sometimes they're aren't. If you difficult to defeating a boss, don't asking for help. They won't help you. They just... "filtering" you if you're not their member (paid-account), they won't help you.
