    Review of GW2

I've played this game for 2 years, and what I have to say is that it's worth it.
You have 9 classes, which one is from the expansion

The PvP is amazing, you really require skill to be good there, not gear.

The PvE, oh man, the PVE! It's so wonderful man, you can do a lot of things, you have a lot of dungeons. Some you might repeat them, due to gold ingame.

    Awesome MMO

As of writing this review i'm using a free version of the game meaning other content for me are un-accessible.

Guild Wars 2 is a Pay once to play game and turned F2P with some restrictions like you can't craft legendaries and you can only buy some items in the auction house even the chat have restriction but the chat restriction is a big determinant to gold sellers and spammers for the time i spent playing this game i never once saw a gold seller spam chat in my chat box.

    Gameplay
Guild Wars 2 implement a dynamic quest that every player can join and it's awesome and also they implement that if you go to a lower level map you level will be lowered so that even with OP equipments low level monsters can still kill you.

    Graphics
Graphics is great heck the dragons are awesome to look at when fighting them!

    Community
Just like i said i'm using a free version that means some of my chat are restricted you can only talk at normal chat and can only answer to PM every 30 secs.

All in all this game is even more awesome if you bought Heart of Thorns and get all the benefits of buying the game.

best mmorpg i have ever played

i bought game before it went free to play.

    awesome graphics great story

fast paced semi action combat now became full action combat with introduction of action camera mode.

5 unique races not gender locked.

9 unique classes with many different specializations for variability

relatively good balance between all classes and easy to acquire end game gear with minimal grinding

best part is your end game gear wont ever be obsolete as they wont increase lvl cap or stat cap so when you come back to game after small break you wont have to grind for gear again.

great pvp[different instance based game mode 5v5 conquest or laning objective based map] and wvw [sort of open world pvp between 3 factions on seperate map]

i dont do pve so wont comment on that.

as title says best mmorpg i have ever played

    cheers

It's Guild Wars 2 people, why are you reading you should be playing it.

I can only say that this game is a real masterpiece. When i bought it i didn't knew anything about Guild Wars. I saw some gameplay videos and trailers, after a friend told me. I jumped in completely blind in the world of Tyria. And i didn't regret spending my money on this game. It was worth it.
Everything in the game is amazing - the graphics/ the gameplay/ the customisation. And now it's free to play.
The gameplay is AWESOME. Unlike, say... World of Warcraft this game is much more simple and intense. In WoW classes had too much skill, making things complicated - which of my 1000 skill should i use ? :D. In Guild Wars 2 you only have 10 skills: 5 skill that are different depending on the weapon you use, and 5 skill depending on the class. From the 5 class skills you have 1 healing skill, 3 normal skills and 1 elite skill. There are 8 classes ( 9 with the expansion wich you have to buy ). There are 5 races with different story each. Something great is that the is no race-class restriction like in WoW. You can play every class on every race.
Every character have a personal story, just how awesome is this? The story for you'r character is tailored by you. For example one of the the Human race choises is where you were raised : on the streets/among the lords and the royals or by a common familly. Each choise changes the story missions you have to do. Also the "global" story is also choise based just like Teletale's The Walking dead games. Every choise you make is important. Is it to save the wounded souldiers or chase after the responsible it's for you to decide.
The world is huge and for exploring it you get so much rewards : gold/items/achievments.All dungeons have different paths to complete.
The crafting is fun and when you unlearn a profession to learn a new one your progress it saved and you can later learn it again and not start over.
There are tons of events and seasonal contend. The community is great, full of nice and funny people, making the game a great experience.

There is so much more to say but i'll cut short. Thank you for reading and sorry for my bad english.

    good mmo

GW2's art style and graphics are great. The gameplay is really enjoyable as well. The races and classes make for some great diversity. Leveling gets a bit old for me and endgame isn't particularly outstanding. When it comes to a f2p I don't think there's anything out there that can beat GW2 as an overall game.

    EPICNESS

I don't know where to start my honest review here so I'll give it a shot:

The graphics are amazingly good, The gameplay it's very action based like if you don't dodge correcly you'll regret it.. WITH YOUR LIFE.. k... so Jumping puzzles, labyrinths, amazing landscapes, OMG some random Troll just showed up in front of me and i'm screwed, oh wait more people came to help awesome!

The exploration in this game is what drives me by... everything is so unique.... Even tho I take a break from gw2 from time to time... it's actually the only MMO I enjoy.. even if it's just for a walk <.<... for its beuty its content...

Probably the only MMO out on the market that's worth playing, I say give it a shot!

    9/10!!!!!!!!!!! Amazingly good!

    Great Game!

I loved GW2! Really. But I have a problem with cartoonish art style, I can't play games with this choice of design for long. But it's very well done for people that like it.

The gameplay is nicely done, I'm still to find such fluid story-telling in an mmo.

And the community and devs are great, I played for a short time only, but they all were eager to help.

Similiar as The Elder Scrolls Online

Well i played this game for some days , I will say that the idea of PVP with servers is very cool , I think that a big part of the game it's like the Elder Scrolls Online , but the grafics are obviously more lower , but I liked the game , the ambient is very cool and this as my opinion is a good RPG but not so innovator but it's good anyways , I recommend it !

    Worth it ?

So guildwars is a great game, personally i bought it before it went F2P and i absolutly enjoyed it. Then i tried the f2p version and..... how should i put this?
Well it was trash. most features are locked like : PvP , some mayor areas like lions arch, being a party leader, and a few other things. If you are looking for a F2p game that gives you a good experience i would go with Blade and Soul, it has better combat, no restrictions and a more f2p player friendly system.

    Gw2 Pros:

    1. A unique story , if you are into a mmo with a great story then Gw2 is definitly for you, you can make your own story that is unique to your actions and how you reacted to some situations.

    2. events, the events are absolutly great. For example the mad kings tower on halloween where you have to parkour up a tower to get a piece of unique armor.

    3. There is so much to do, from jumping puzzles to random events and following a random ghost man. You will not be bored anytime soon if playing this game.

    4. Combat, although i favor action style combat i have to say gw2's combat was not bad. it is so customizable that you will almost never get bored with the combat, you can left hand a sword and roght hand a axe or dual wield sword and then throw one at an enemy.

    5. PVP IS AMAZING ! EVERYONE HAS THE SAME LEVEL AND EVERYONE IS AS STRONG AS EACH OTHER, WEAPONS WONT GIVE YOU AN ADVANTAGE IN THE PVP. IT PURELY DEPENDS ON YOUR LEVEL OF SKILL.

    ~cons

    1. i found the player base not really helping me when i first started the game, and the higher level players tend to ignore the newbies.

    2. Really boring end game

3.No healer profession. PvE simply can’t have any proper mechanics without healing class. Unless they give us option so we can dodge way more at PvE instead of just twice.

4.The crafting mat drops are so ridiculously low that crafting is starting to feel like a grind, a very long and painful grind. One would expect crafting mats etc to get rarer as you get higher but not out of the gate, that's just plain silly. I do not want to farm for 4 hours for an 8 slot bag

    5. Forced leveling down, if you are lvl 30 and enter a lvl 5 area you are forced to becoming lvl 5 yourself too until you leave the area, there is almost never a moment in game where you think :'' hmmm i remember this area, back then i couldnt even beat those monsters but look at me now im OP as fuck here :D.''

i would still recommending it if you are really into the story quests in mmo's or point and click combat with little bit of action combat. but if not i would more lean towards Blade and Soul(F2P AND AMAZING) or blackdesert(p2p but it is a perfect game)

I wanted to love this game so bad

First off this game looks amazing and so detailed in every way down to graphics and pure gameplay mechanics, now I went into this game absolutely ecstatic but quickly came to the realization that it takes serious dedication and time, as well as it was confusing to me to get going in the story as far as knowING exactly what quests I should be doing at the time, I personally played along through this experience trying to balance it all on myself but in my opinion a lot of the quests seemed as though they were made with the intent with playing with someone else, as I found this troubling because all of my friends were playing World of War craft at the time and I decided to take a break from it for a while and broaden my horizons. Now I'm not saying this is a bad game, I'm sure If I went back into it with some buddies I would have a blast, but from my experience playing the game alone it didn't have the same charm that many others have said playing this game
    6/10
Great game, gorgeous graphics, good community, but felt more orientated towards groups of friends

My love , my life , If I could marry this game I would.

Been playing it since Pre-release , that game gave me another experience in the MMO world which I appreciate greatly thus I enjoyed it and I'm still playing it as much as I did the first time I touched it ! The graphics are pretty nice , the armors and weapons are fantastic , you can make quite the unique look on your character too , the community is fantastic I must say. The down sides are that it's not for hardcore people so some complain about it being easy or w.e. the RNG is quite terrible when it comes to drops and stuff and you might need to farm like crazy but my overall experience was too great to dwell on lame stuff. The lore of the game is F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C and It grows more and more and since it's a dynamic game overall , anytime , anything or everything can change.

    My Favorite MMORPG

Guild Wars 2 had been the only MMORPG that I continue to play today. I have went and tried others games such as Archeage, TERA, SWTOR, NeverWinter, WildStar, Blade and Soul, Black Desert and none have caught my attention. No other game combines the aspects of a MMO experience into a well formulated MMO. Combat is a tab targeting action style that involves dodging that is fluid and although not as famous as TERA's or Blade and Soul it is still fun to play and beats the static combats such as SWTOR's. The Game has its Lore, that you will find interesting as well as some unique races with adds some flavor to the game. I have been playing the Game back in 2012 and have not had made a F2P account, so I am not sure of how fair the restrictions are. I believe you can not whisper someone if they are on a different map or be unable to participate in one of my favorite modes in a game World Vs World (WvW) which is a large scale 3 server war between capturing fortresses and castle objectives. They also did a good job in keeping gold sellers and bots under control even with the implementation of free to play. For anyone who likes playing MMO, Guild Wars 2 is something you should try atleast once.

    f2p is a confusion

The game is a decent mmorpg, that tbh dominated the scene togheter with world of warcraft, but i believe it's time is kind of over. It's still big game played by many and if you are interested in it try it out. That being said the future is in the new games guild wars 2 has been out for many years. Just to comment about guild wars being f2p, that is a confusion. Don't mistake it for f2p, it's freemium game something like Age of Conan is, where no one stops you from maxing you level, but the end game content is locked behind pay wall.

there are only some real money characters, because of the new full price addon.
but its worth to have a look at

    OH MY GUILD WARS 2!!!

I loved when I first bought Guild Wars 2 because then I could play with a friend who got but when they released for F2P I was not to happy because they limited my account even though I bought the base game, I might aswell ask for a refund because I think it is unfair on someone who bought the game and limit my account to character slots, It is a very good game but I wish they didn't limit the people who bought the game.

I love the size of the game and the random huge monster events that come around which is awesome.

    Great game

I absolutely love how my elementalists abilities would completely change when having different weapons equip. Being able to find a favorite style is a great thing in a video game for me. The game isn't too difficult to start, you never really get lost on what you were supposed to do. As with any mmo playing with friends always makes the game feel 200% better.

    A unique take on mmo.

I got into guild wars 2 sometime after it launched, if you don't have the disc and bought the dvd get ready for a 60GB download.
My first weeks playing it, were fun like your typical korean mmo it is grind heavy. The character customisation was unique in that you could select backstories for your characters and that would have an effect on your interactions with npcs.

The skill system didn't really leave much room for customisation as you had little choice however it might have changed since I played a couple months ago.

the questing system is also unique in that it eliminates a bug chunk of the back tracking and delivers rewards directly to you,
the dynamic events where also an interesting addition to the game as I found myself rushing towards what ever massive boss and just piling on with other players. A system that actively encourages working together in an mmo where aside from friends or guildmates you tend to look out for yourself is great in my opinion.

The downside to this game is it can get very repetitive and the crafting system gives you gear which honestly isn't very good.

the combat was similar to that of generic mmos with you sitting next to the mob in question and spamming hotkeys or macros.

story is there but for the most part it isn't in your face, and for the most part easily skipping parts that are important if your not careful.

I'd say give it a go, the pay to play model means this game is a single purchase which you can come back to be aware however that if you are at end game before you leave it sitting and come back chances are you need to purchase the expansion/s.

Great game that lacks the a good end-phase.

Had a lot of fun with Guild Wars 2. The early game is nice, with interesting and odd quests. Farming for gear could be more enjoyable though, since when you come in mid game, quests take less space and doing world bosses become more important to farm higher level gear and items. The classes are nice and the fact that you can get skills depending on what main and off-hand is used. Late game is kinda lacking though, since by this point, the game become too repetitive . PVP is enjoyable, but too domnated by stealthy or ranged classes.

I would rate it as the best MMORPG possible

Another example of a well-polished free-to-play game is Guild Wars 2. Everything about it sounds awesome, Your character has his own story, full of surprises and plot twists. The open world is so fascinating and beautiful that you will want to explore for days. Fetch quests are gone- when you enter and area you just need to do the objective open for everyone and you are all set. Having different kinds of weapons is awesome and well worth it because each time you acquire a new set of gear, you get new skills, which in turn helps keep things fresh! The PVP is great - your typical WoW battlegrounds. The feature that excites me the most is World versus World. There people from three servers battle it out on a large-scale map. And gosh, does it rock. You need to take control of castles, which are most probably heavily defended by other players. However, you are provided with siege weapons, so that you can bash the enemy! Overall I would rate it as the best MMORPG possible.

This game is incredibly fun for everyone as the game doesn't have the same old generic questing system..You can feel as if you were really there in the world because every action an NPC makes will cause another action to happen. It's as if the NPCs are really alive!! And the game has amazing community who are friendly and always ready to help you if you're new to the game. You get skill set by equipping different types of weapon and you can combine two one-handed weapons to make your own unique skill set. There's always something to do in Guild Wars 2.You will enjoy this game more with your friends where you can communicate with them and do funny activities..Give this game a try and also remember this game is definitely NOT P2W!!!!!

The game is a hit or a sink, it's a sink for me.

It's not that guild wars 2 is a horrible game in terms of it being a MMO, it's just that it made itself sound so different from a generic MMO, that when it was released in it's buy-to-play model... I was expecting TOO MUCH.

What I expected was an action MMORPG that had interactive combat and intriguing story line, customizations (for skills), a large selection of armor, amazing world PVP, and so on.

What I got was a generic MMORPG with a roll button with less skills than regular MMORPG's such as WoW, with less things to do (explore the world, then what? PVP till you get so bored you want to vomit).

Was it worth the 60$ I had to pay to get it at launch? No. I got bored within a month, and many others did too because GW2 was pretty empty in a year, the area quest system was an interesting concept. Too bad for it to work it needs a constant supply of active players, which, it didn't, and so it was a horrible experience to start up new characters and trying to experience some of the content which required everyone in an area to help out with (area/world bosses).

    TL;DR

I'm kind of salty about spending 60$ on it, and now that it's f2p, maybe it's fine to play.

    One of my favourite mmorpgs

I have played many mmorpgs and Guild Wars 2 is one of my most enjoyed ones. Not the most fun combat system in the world but many games have way worse combat. I love how almost nobody looks the same in this game the amount of customisation you can do is really good. It has so much to see and do which gives you countless hours of fun from jumping puzzles to raids, dungeons, and achievements it's really fun give it a try if you haven't already. The community is mostly good except for a few bad apples. You can just sit around in town chatting with people for hours ! I don't find that much in online games these days.

Latest expansion featuring guild wars in Guild Wars 2

From graphic side this game is just beautiful, stylized graphic - looks a lot like aquarelle painting in which you play than game. Decent amount of character customization. Crafting is big but when trying for legendary weapons oh you are for some RNG, better pray to RNG God before trying! There are dyes in game which you collect trough your leveling experience and from chests from World Bosses and dungeons, there is huge number of dyes and let me tell you that I have been hunting Abyss Dye since the release of the game and still hasn't got it... There are events everywhere where you look and the zones are full of people, yes even the starting zones. The gathering nodes are for every player - if you see iron ore node you can mine it and at the same time or later every player in the game and everyone will get their materials so no resource wars here. From community standpoint everyone here is nice because there is no mob stealing or node stealing, everyone get's their loot as long as they did some DMG to the mob or Boss. There is plenty of dungeons and they can be very hard, also so called "Fractals" just more dungeons. Guilds have their own guild quests and events. God I hate jumping puzzles! If you are PvP person there is PvP battle maps where everyone is scaled to max lvl with all abilities unlocked. Then you have WvWvW I know the naming sense... This is where each month or so 3 different servers are fighting each other and your gear and lvl matters more or less. I leveled here from level 7 or 9 when I had both slots for weapons unlocked. You capture points, forts, castles by using siege equipment like catapults, exoskeleton suits like thing, trebuchets, ballista.

    One of the best MMOs

In most cases where I've asked "What's a good MMORPG to play?" people will suggest Guild Wars 2. Wish I had known earlier!

Guild Wars 2 was a Pay 2 Play game though soon it changed to becoming something free (with the exception that some parts must be unlocked through purchasing DLCs.)

Handful of options to pick from such as races, classes, and even spirit animals at the start lets you customize your hero and craft a story the way you want. The hero of the story is you! I myself created a brave warrior who is known for his shoulder pads. That's how immersive it is.

Definitely worth picking up if you enjoy playing MMORPGs.

Unique, Fun and generally just a pleasant experience

I've been playing Guild Wars 2 ever since it came out in the Buy To Play model, I've even been following this game since the times of Guild Wars: Factions and I have seen the game grow across the two games and within the games themselves. Guild Wars 2 is an immaculate example of a game that hits all areas that it needs to.

While the combat in Guild Wars 2 isn't directional combat (like TERA Rising or such other MMOs), it still provides a somewhat simplicity to it as each weapon has a set of different skills. From there you can either single-wield or dual-wield weapons, the latter combining the skills that both of the weapons have and allowing you to be more diverse in combat. This is a wonderful feature as it allows you to have a variety of attacks instead of ones focuses on doing a specific thing.

The world of an MMO is a pretty important aspect but as you've probably already seen, the world in Guild Wars 2 is gigantic and it's split up into separate areas, one for each of the different races that you can play. What makes this world great is that there is a 'completionist' aspect within it, and that if you were to view the map there would be a percentage at the top-left of how much of the world you have explored. Somehow, getting that to 100% is just everyone's life goal.

Overall this game is just a brilliant MMO and I would recommend it to anyone with the heart to dedicate their time to get their character up to Level 80. Even if you don't want to be playing it for ages, it still has enough content at the beginning to feed your hunger for an MMO that feels different, plays different, but in a good way.

    One of the best mmorpg

Guild wars 2 really is one of the best mmorpg around here. It is a must try especially since it's gone f2p from a while now. Action combat, cool looking graphics, EPIC WvW battles where people fight to conquer castles etc for dominion against the opposing server(Basically a fight between servers).

I've been playing the game for 6 years and it's really the only mmorpg that stuck with me.

If you haven't tried it yet and your into that kind of thing than your should really check it out. :)

    Steampunk? Fantasy? YES!

The creators of GW2 had this great idea of giving free their first expansion of the game, which for some people might be not really a "free game" but, let me say it, the base game of GW2 is content for a lot of time, what people had for years basically, so you can totally play it without having any troubles.
Even more, you might like the game so much you'll run to buy it, because this game is really good.
The graphic is not heavy at all and the world is various, full of fantasy and steampunk mixed together in something really epic.
The classes are various and there's no tank really needed, so you'll be always able to get a party.
Epic PvP between servers, different sets of skills for classes that looks really grate (personally i love the Engineer :P) makes GW2 something that you, YOU really have to try.

    Stay away from the Necromancer

I had a lot of fun with this one. It looks beautiful, the story line is pretty good if not a bit cliche and the community is phenomenal. Unfortunately I decided to make my main character a Necromancer. It didnt matter how much armor and skill points I spent on my character I was always the first to die in every party I was in. I also did the least to contribute damage to enemies. Buffs were OK and healing was atrocious. Casting skills took forever and by the time you pulled off those AoE attacks the enemy was somewhere else. That Necromancer really put me off and I quit the game after a few months. I miss it but I cant get over that stupid Necro...

    How good is it?

I played this when it came f2p, It's a fun game with interesting game mechanics. First off is the most important(well for me) is the game play, they had a good mix of having to pick classes and then making the weapon change your skills which i really liked and hates due to the various combinations but not being able to have all the skills.

Secondly, you might wonder if this is fun with your friends. The answer is yes, I played it with a friend who wasn't big on MMOs but we still had fun exploring areas we weren't supposed to, like out of map areas and high level places running around barely avoiding mobs most of the time. Or you could go around trying to 100% do the area map which is fun too.

Lastly, it's not Pay 2 Win since all the cash shop is just exp boosts or costumes last i checked. My review is based from my experience before i currently do not play it atm but the community was nice and the gameplay is solid.

    Different

Unlike most traditional mmos, Guild Wars 2 tried to do things a little different. There is no trinity in this mmo (tank/healer/dps). I played roughly the entire first year after release, but eventually my entire guild quit playing. There was not alot of challenge in the game. No real dungeon farming for gear that we could get into. I know it had jumping puzzles and some open worth events, but alot of times those were so bugged people were unable to complete them

    I could be worse

the game is beautiful, the story very well written, and the game play well thought.
Still u have too much to pay for, and very well highlighted imbalances in the classes especially if you haven't paid for the expansion, but even if u have the expansion just wait until the next one and the company will obligate you to buy the new expansion with the added "bonus" of having to pay for the game all over again ( because the core game comes free with the purchase) and in the end you spent all your money to have Half a game.
Over all i say its a great game if you don't mind spending hours aimlessly and spending all your money and still don't have anything.

    Wonderful

Guild Wars 2 is a wonderful game, incredible graphics beautiful scenery that makes you spend hours admiring, characters with great gameplay as the skills you have to use depends on your class and also the weapon that is using, good graphics effects, and the best now this free for all, of course with its limitations so we can buy the expansion to continue the adventure, and yet still the to enjoy a good part of the game without having to pay.

    My GW2 Experience!

Guild Wars 2 is one of the few MMO's that I actually managed to reach endgame in before getting completely burned out on it. There's so much I could say about this game, but instead, I've decided to just sum up a few things I like about it.

    Things to Note
    * This review is based on the game before Heart of Thorns expansion
*I'm largely a solo player who prefers Arena PvP over large scale,

    Pros
+Combat is active and makes grinding mobs enjoyable.
+Each class feels unique and has mechanics that set them apart
+Not an overwhelming amount of abilities, but still many to choose for various builds
+Standardized stats make PvP accessible and fun
+Main storyline was engaging and a wonderful journey
+Completionists and explorers will love 100%ing zones
+Event quests, that you can join freely, spice up the grind
+Lots of dyes and easily customizable equipment visuals for fashionistas

    Cons
-The dungeons felt kind of bland and didn't do much to keep me coming back
-The World Bosses, while a cool, quickly grew easy and boring with the exception of a few
-Traversing a zone you never explored felt slow without mounts or other types of travel powers
-Not really that much to do in the endgame besides World vs. World (large scale PvP)

    Community sucks

I played Guild Wars from the start... Guild Wars Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall, Eye of the North... and Guild Wars 2!

I could write a book about it but ill keep it short. In GW Prophecies (Vanilla) was the best with every addon it got worse and i think Guild Wars 2 was ruined for me because of the Community...

Its a MMO full of story, beautiful areas and dungeons. But the community is so impatient and arrogant. Its FULL of lvl 80 NOOBs yes they are max level and wipe in low lvl dungeons. Its like every MM

O thats published by NC soft is a Noob nest and i dont mean noob like they are new in the game... i say noob like they are friggin max lvl and cant handle their charakters! Your lvl will be scaled to lvl 40 if the dungeon is for that lvl. So it wont get to easy. You still need a group. And if youre lvl 40 and want to do the dungeon you can forget it because like 99% will kick you if you arent max lvl. So you cant do dungeons unless you are lucky or in a guild. And will end up a lvl 80 NOOB!

Sorry... i wanted to keep it short ^^ Its a beautiful game, when you play it with friends or with a guild. Otherwise its a Dump full of impatient little kiddys.

P.S.: I stopped playing before the Add On (Heart of thorns) came out. Cause im still dissapointed from GW1 addons.

    great MMO game

Been playing this for a short while now and so far I love it. It's a game I wouldn't have jumped into if it was buy to play, but now that it went free to play, it's a lot of fun. Guild Wars 2 differntiates itself from other MMORPGs with its emphasis on story driven gameplay and dynamic questing. Essentially, players can pick and choose the quests they want to do, rather than be forced down a particular path. You can explore the world and progress at your own pace. The dynamic quests are interesting too, because it brings people together seemlessly, which makes the game actually feel like an MMORPG, because you're constantly working with random players on these dynamic quests. You don't even need to do the traditional "heart quests" either. You can just run around doing the Dynamic quests.

    Fantastic MMO

I haven't played this game in a while, but I still get the occasional emails about big updates this game is bringing to the table, which is great! Guild Wars 2 is a fantastic MMO. Here are a few reasons why:

First of all, the game focuses a lot on exploration. To some that may sound boring, but exploration is rewarding! For going to specific observation points, you get experience and you get to take in the beautiful world around you, while earning achievements to reward you even more. The greatest part about exploring is the fact that you really need to think about exploring the certain places, and you need to do a bit of parkour to get there.

Second, the races are very unique and interesting! Each race has their own territory on the world (as you would expect) with very entertaining, unique quests that tear away from the "go here, kill 3 monsters, collect their hide, get your reward" kind of quests. They're much deeper than that and you often times feel like you're really helping out around the area. Character customization is also fairly detailed and will allow you to look very cool as any race.

Finally, everything is organized well. It is easy to keep track of anything you've completed in any area; whether it be quests, observation points, exploration percentage, you are able to see it all without being overwhelmed with menus or information.

I'd highly recommend checking out this game, especially since it's free now :3
