    Most Unplayable Game Ever

I think the previous poster was being rather kind to this game, unless he meant to say negative 2. I love the genre, and really want to like this game, but it makes it impossible to do so. To begin with, this game is the most unstable game I have ever played, with glitching, freezing, and disconnects the norm. I have never seen a frame rate over 40 something. Usually, it hangs around low 20's, but usually only for a few minutes, then it drops to single digits. This seems to happen every time you get near z's. Engaging them with that low a frame rate just gets you killed, so you pause, waiting for the fps to rise above 2. Sometimes it does, sometimes you crash to the desktop. What is even more frustrating is when you actually enter the game with low, but playable, fps and, after spending a long time walking from one place to another, only to run into a z and the fps drops and the screen just freezes. It's a coin toss whether the fps rise again or you are disconnected from the server. Sometimes it just hangs there like that and you need to three-button out, something I don't like to do on a regular basis.

I will admit that I love the genre and keep coming back to this game, if for no other reason than to check it out and see if the devs have done anything to the absolute unplayability of this game. To date, I have seen nothing done. I am not an expert on pc's by any means, but it seems obvious to me that the major problems of this game (ie the abject instability of the games platform) could be dealt with by addressing the server issue. Again, my opinion only, but I feel that the devs are cheaping out in this area. They need more server space and more power. This wouldn't fix the horrible graphics, clipping, and other issues, but it might make the game at least playable. By the way, I live in the Midwest of the US, and I play the North American server.

I will say this, though. I have spent a lot of time with this game, trying my best to make this poor excuse of coding work. It seems for every five minutes of almost-decent play, I have to suffer much longer times with the disconnects and regular glitching. That said, I have not spent a single penny on this game and would urge everyone to do the same. The player base, as a whole, should send a clear message to the developers of this game that they will get no real money at all until they come out with a product that is worth it. You can put all the lipstick you want to on a pig, and it will still be a pig.

Don't bother playing - waste of time

I haven't been playing this game much, and I'm not the most experienced gamer out there...but this game was utter crap. You spend long periods of time running from a group of buildings to another, or just looking for a zombie or survivor (another player). Unless you group up with a few other players (this is done using invites from the player list), everyone I've met tries to kill you on sight (this is not playing on the PVP server).

About PvP...it's a stupid game designed specifically for third person around the corner ambushes and camping. Once you hear another player walking, you go to "sneak" mode so you don't make sounds while walking at the cost of speed. Then, it's just who finds who and who shoots first. This may happen every 10 or so minutes.

Not a survivalist game. It's PvP with zombies that are just nuisances, Your guns only last one clip unless you purchase more ammo using in-game currency and are lost if you die.

The graphics look okay, nothing too impressive. I haven't seen too much community work, though to be honest, I did not spend any more than a few hours on this game.
