MOBA for casual player with cartoon graphics

I've played this game through alpha. It's really like casual MOBA. Not because it hasn't depth (it has, and in some ways even more then other games of such genre).
First of all, there is no wards. At all. You have special shrines in Jungle, that can be lit up to show part of the jungles to you and your teammates. So, you don't need to think about wards, but you need to think about vision. And that's quite important.
Second thing: all players have their pets. Pets is more like summoner's spells in LoL, or relics in SMITE - something with active abilities (or passive effects), that runs near your, can't be killed and help you to survive or to kill enemies. Pets can be cute, can be scary, but almost all of them are quite useful - but vary for different heroes. In example, pet with healing isn't so good for character with healing abilities, but pet with mana replenish are precious for them.
Third thing: custom receipts. Yes, you read it right. Items for different players can have different abilities. Well, not completely different - but can have different items, necessary to build them, or some additional effects. Not for free, so sure, such things will increase cost of this receipt, so it costs more for you to build it - and you may be not able to build it, if your enemy destroys you with common items without additional effects and costs.
Forth thing: there is no such thing as last hit. If you have other hero nearby, you both will receive gold and exp. So you don't need to be angry if someone steals your minions.
That's why this game is more easy to go then any other. Unfortunately, it has some troubles with servers, because there are not so many people, who play in it, so if you met with people from far away - you will "enjoy" lags... Well, but that's common thing for all multiplier games. Anyway, this game is quite good to try.

    Can Strife Survive?

Strife is another moba but it has some unique aspects. First of all it has out of combat regen which gives mana and hp regen when you are out of combat for 8-10 seconds. This aspect of the game aims speed up playing and eliminating go to base for only mana and hp therefore making room for more action but it has 2 downsides. 1: It maked poking/harrassing in line less important which is an important mechanic for moba players. 2: If you want to gain regeneration you have to be out of combat, so instead of going to base for hp and mana you are staying under tower hide in a bush for hp and mana which is kinda the same thing if you ask me. Second unique aspect of Strife is gold is globally distrubuted. When a teammate last hit; he or she gets lets say 2 gold and other teammates get 1 gold. So last hitting is not so important as other games. Which if you ask me another fun mechanic is reduced to ash. Moreover lets say you are support and you dont want to reduce your teammates gold income, but gold is distrubuted globally so you will reduce the gold of your carries whatever you do. Another thing is, you dont focus on harrasing if you dont plan to go all in and get a kill bec of high regen in game and you dont focus on last hitting too much bec it is global if you do 5 last hits you get only 2 of their gold. So what am i supposed to do in lane? This question really grind my gears. Strife wants to be more casual moba with more action and less boring stuff(last hitting returning to base etc) but actually it just gives you an aimless laning phase with half assed last hitting and harrassing/poking. Ok lets talk about another unique aspect of the game. When you destroy inhibitors you get huge chunk of gold instead of powerful creeps. So you win the fight and get some inhibitors/barracks/building and what you get? maybe a half of an item. What if it is end game and you dont need so much items anymore? Then you get nothing. Another half assed objective here. Powerfull creeps push so hard to enemy base so you have a chance to catch a breath, go clear neutral/jungle camps and another objectives, but in Strife you only get some gold which can be obtained from pretty much everything you do in game. Last and only unique aspect i enjoy of Strife is item building. You can change the items build PATH. If you want a lets say a tier 3 item to build, you can make it from the basic items of your choice. It gives the same stats when it is build but while you are building it you can choose its basic components' stats. If you need mana then you can build your end game item out of mana items. This is really the only unique aspect of the game i enjoy.

To sum up: LoL is more casual and more induvialistic version of DotA. Smite is more casual and 3rd person shooter version of LoL. HotS is more casual and more teamplay based version of Smite. Stife is more casual version of HotS which loudly shouts "if you gonna play a moba, then do it half assed".
